TIME
As a mum of two children, I understand how little time there is for self-care each day. My program tackles time management and reminds women of the importance of self-care. We can’t care for our families, careers, and everything else that tugs at us if we don’t have a great routine that puts us first.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Women who have done fad after fad are sick of yo-yo dieting. I get it. The problem with these trends is the foreseeable end to the horrible diet, which is when we dive right back into old (bad) habits. When we approach healthy living as a lifestyle, it remains sustainable and motivating.
KNOWLEDGE
I didn’t know where to begin at first, too. I know what it’s like to over-snack because there didn’t seem to be time to cook healthy meals—or enough yummy recipes to want to cook at all. So, I’ve built my program to meet the needs of busy women who don’t know where to start, how to stay on track, what to eat, or how to exercise. You don’t need to know it all. I’ll teach you.
